To complete payment for your won auctions at Direct Liquidation, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account and navigate to the "ORDERS" section under the "MY ACCOUNT" menu.
- Look for the auctions you've won, which will be marked as "UNPAID".
- Click on the "PAY NOW" button to initiate our secure checkout process and follow the on-screen instructions.
For security purposes, we do not allow payment over the phone.
After initiating payment, your order status will update to "AWAITING PAYMENT" until payment confirmation is received. If you are using a Bank Wire for payment, please be aware that it may take up to two (2) business days for this status to update, due to the time required for bank wire confirmations.
Upon successful confirmation of payment, your order status will change to "PAID - NOT SHIPPED".
Please be advised that for credit card payments, we have a maximum transaction limit of $10,000. For orders exceeding this amount, we kindly request that payment be made via bank wire.
