Most of our locations do allow a local pickup for our customers' convenience. Please always check the 'Description' field of the listing for detailed information about any specific shipping restrictions.
During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for each order in your shopping cart. For orders where you want to do a self-pickup, select “ARRANGE MY OWN SHIPPING” from the listed shipping options.
Important:
- Pickup appointments can be scheduled with a minimum of 2 business days in advance.
- Buyer must have a dock-height trailer, as loading trucks outside of the dock doors is not permitted. For the full guidelines and vehicle-restrictions, please click here.
- Orders will only be prepared for shipment after the full payment clears and a pickup appointment is scheduled; orders that haven't been pulled and packed yet or added to the facility's calendar will not be released for pickup.
- Orders must be scheduled for picked up within 5 business days of payment to maintain steady inventory flow and competitive pricing. Failure to abide by this policy will result in order cancellations and a 10% re-stocking fee.
- If you have several orders shipping from the same location to be picked up at the same date/time, please contact Customer Service to create a single appointment for all the orders.
Please note, by arranging your own shipping, you assume all responsibility for the merchandise from the point of pick up and waive all rights to file a shipping claim with Direct Liquidation.
