Yes. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for each order in your shopping cart. For orders where you want to do arrange your own carrier, select “ARRANGE MY OWN SHIPPING” from the listed shipping options.
Please note that our policy requires all orders to be picked up within 5 days of the "ready to ship" notification to maintain steady inventory flow and competitive pricing. Failure to abide by this policy results in order cancellations and a 10% re-stocking fee.
Important:
- All orders must be prepared for shipment after the payment clears and all shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, shipping label and commercial invoice (for international shipments) must be provided to Customer Support by e-mail (support@directliquidation.com), via live chat on our website, or through your DL account. Orders that haven't been pulled and packed yet or do not have the shipping documents attached will not be released for pickup.

Please note, by arranging your own shipping, you assume all responsibility for the merchandise from the point of pick up and waive all rights to file a shipping claim with Direct Liquidation.
