Yes. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for each order in your shopping cart. For orders where you want to do arrange your own carrier, select “ARRANGE MY OWN SHIPPING” from the listed shipping options.
Important:
- Pickup appointments can be scheduled with a minimum of 2 business days in advance and shipping paperwork must be provided at least 1 business day before pickup date.
- Orders will only be prepared for shipment after the full payment clears and a pickup appointment is scheduled; orders that haven't been pulled and packed yet or do not have the shipping documents attached will not be released for pickup and carrier will be turned away.
- All shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, shipping label and commercial invoice* (*for international shipments only) must be provided to Customer Support by e-mail (support@directliquidation.com), via live chat on our website, or through the link sent to the e-mail address on file.
- Orders must be scheduled for picked up within 5 business days of payment to maintain steady inventory flow and competitive pricing. Failure to abide by this policy will result in order cancellations and a 10% re-stocking fee.
- If you have several orders shipping from the same location to be picked up at the same date/time, please contact Customer Service to create a single appointment for all the orders.
Please note, by arranging your own shipping, you assume all responsibility for the merchandise from the point of pick up and waive all rights to file a shipping claim with Direct Liquidation.
