From the “MY ACCOUNT” menu, select “ORDERS” to view a summary of all your Orders sorted by status/date range.
The statuses in which an order may be found are:
UNPAID
You won this auction or purchased this lot via BUY NOW and have not submitted any payment yet.
OPEN
- You submitted payment and it's still being processed (AWAITING PAYMENT/ANTIFRAUD VERIFICATION FAILED);
- The payment was cleared successfully and the order is still in the warehouse (PAID-NOT-SHIPPED).
COMPLETED
Your order has been shipped successfully.
CANCELLED
Your order was cancelled by buyer's request or by Direct Liquidation (for example, unpaid orders after 3 business days).
