You have three (3) business days to complete checkout after your offer is accepted.
Payment Window:
Credit card payments typically clear immediately. If here is any issue validating your credit card transaction, an automated email will be sent. Please make sure to check your inbox/spam folders for confirmation of payment.
If you’re paying by wire transfer, payment must be submitted within one (1) business day after checkout. Please email your payment receipt to ar@returnpro.com with your Order ID in the subject line.
For international wire transfers (outside the U.S.), we recommend adding credit to your account in advance to avoid cancellation and fees. Contact ar@returnpro.com to add credit to your account.
Automatic Cancellation and Penalties:
If payment is not received within one (1) business day of checkout, the order will be canceled and a 10% fee of the final transaction price will apply. Account access may be temporarily suspended until all fees are resolved.
