Please understand that, due to our operational guidelines, return claims filed outside this five (5) business day window may face restrictions or potential denial.
It's also crucial to note that a restocking fee, amounting to 10% of the item's value, will be applied to all returns. This fee is designed to offset the costs incurred during the inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the returned item.
