We have warehouses in the USA* and Canada, therefore we offer shipping only within these countries (USA warehouse > USA delivery address or Canada warehouse > Canada delivery address).
*For the USA, it is restricted to the contiguous territory - Alaska, Hawaii and all other offshore insular areas are not included.
In some cases, our Transportation team can provide assistance in shipping from the USA to Canada and vice-versa. Please note that the buyer is responsible for providing the commercial invoice for customs clearance. For all other countries, you must arrange your own carrier/broker and provide the shipping documents (labels for parcel mail OR Bill of Lading for freight orders) plus the commercial invoice for customs clearance.
Our facilities take average 3-5 business days to prepare your order after the payment clears. After your order has been pulled and packaged for shipping, an email will be sent providing the weight and dimensions for your shipment and a link to upload your shipping labels or Bill of Lading and commercial invoice.
Please be sure to contact your chosen carrier/broker for a quote, once you have the weight & dimensions of your order. All orders must be picked up from the warehouse within 14 days after you are notified that it's ready to ship.
