Can pallets be delivered to a residential address?

Yes. The delivery preferences are set during the checkout process. Please make sure to mark your address as 'Residential' and mark the option to include lift gate for unloading pallets if the location does not have a dock.

Important: lift gate service is not available for full truckload orders. If the destination does not have a dock for unloading, the order will be split into 2 box-trucks.
