Please note, all of our purchases are made online through the website and visits/local purchase are not allowed. Customers will only be allowed through the gate if they have a scheduled pickup appointment.

All orders must have an appointment previously scheduled with the facility's calendar to be released. Customers sending a 3rd-party carrier must provide the BOL in advance. Carriers arriving without a proper appointment and BOL will be turned away. For any questions regarding scheduling pickups or shipments please call 1-800-679-9451 and a support representative will be available to assist you. (Telephone hours of operations 9 am to 9 pm EST, Monday - Friday)

If the vehicle being used is not docked height, the facility will place the pallet on the ramp, and the customer is responsible for loading it into their vehicle. A forklift will not be available for loading.
