All orders' status can be viewed from the “ORDERS” page located under the “MY ACCOUNT” menu. Orders that have shipped will be marked with the status “SHIPPED" under the "Completed" orders' tab. You will also receive a notification by e-mail so that you can follow-up on the delivery status directly on the carrier's website. Please contact the carrier directly for detailed shipping information.
If you cannot locate your tracking code, please contact Customer Service (live chat, 1-855-874-8741 or support@directliquidation.com) to retrieve it.
