The shipment method is set during the checkout process, on step 4, after you insert the delivery address. You can either choose one of the available carriers listed and include the respective shipping fee in your order, or choose to arrange your own shipment. The information can be reviewed before submitting payment. After the order is paid, it is not guaranteed that it will be possible to change the shipping method or delivery address. Please note that extra fees may incur if you request to change the original shipping information on the invoice. If the order does not include the shipping fee, the customer is responsible for contacting a carrier to handle delivery, or scheduling a self-pickup at the warehouse once the order is prepared to be shipped. A pickup appointment must be scheduled within 5 business days of the order's preparation to avoid the cancellation of the order.
