If Direct Liquidation handled shipping and the product arrives damaged, contact Customer Service (live chat, 1-800-679-9451 or support@directliquidation.com) immediately when the delivery arrives so a freight claim may be filed. Please make sure to take photos of the pallets as they arrived and secure a copy of the BOL if the carrier has noted any incidents during transit.
If you chose to arrange your own shipping for an order, you assume all responsibility for the merchandise from the point of pick up and waive all rights to file a shipping claim with Direct Liquidation. You must contact the company who handled shipping for you and file a claim directly with them.
